TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR DAY TRIPS

WE SET UP EVERYTHING FOR YOU: We can make your flyers, tickets and any other advertising that you would like to do. We will provide our hosts for your trip, their only profit is the free trip and our profit is $ 50.- (built into the coach cost).

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES ARE: To make sure the word gets out about your upcoming event. To sell the tickets and take care of all bookkeeping and to make sure that trip minimums are met.

A DEPOSIT of $ 100.- must be made with in 7 days of booking your trip with us. See below for **refund terms.

YOUR PROFIT (OR SAVINGS) can be up to $ 350.- per bus, per event!!!!!

YOUR TRIP MINIMUM IS: 40 passengers per coach. At 40 passengers you make $ 50.-. For all those sold, above the 40, you make (or save)$ 20.- each. EX: 55 Passenger coach, the coach cost is $ 750.-. 40X20=$ 800.-, $ 50.- of which is yours, then add the 15 other passengers at $ 20.- each = $ 300.- for a total profit of $ 350.-. OR after you make the 40 minimum you could refund all that you make, ie: 55X20= $ 1100.- divide by a full coach of 55, The cost is $ 750.- leaving $ 350.- and you can refund everyone 350 / 55= $ 6.36 per person.
The rate shown above includes the transportation cost is $ 20.- p/p. Meals & shows are priced at suppliers rate.

**IF you are NOT going to make the minimum we MUST be notified 10 days prior to your trip and your deposit will be refunded minus $ 10.- set-up charge.

There is NO SMOKING or ALCOHOL allowed on the our coaches!!
